GreenShield academy uses Paddle as its authorised payment processor and Merchant of Record. All payments, refunds, and chargebacks are processed in accordance with Paddle’s policies, in addition to the terms set out below.

1. Digital Products and Online Courses

GreenShield academy provides digital products and services, including online courses, professional training programmes, and downloadable educational materials.
Due to the digital nature of our offerings, refunds are not automatically granted once access to the content has been provided, except in the circumstances outlined below.

2. Eligible Refund Cases

A refund request may be considered in the following situations:

  • A technical issue that prevents full access to the purchased content and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Duplicate charges or an incorrect payment amount.
  • Failure to deliver the purchased digital content or service as described.

3. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Once access to the digital content has been granted or materials have been downloaded.
  • Failure to complete a course or a change of mind after purchase.
  • Dissatisfaction based on personal expectations or subjective preferences.
  • Violation of GreenShield Academy’s Terms and Conditions or misuse of the platform.

4. Refund Request Period

All refund requests must be submitted within 14 days from the original date of purchase, in accordance with Paddle’s refund policy, and must include a clear and valid reason for the request.

5. Refund Process

  • All refund requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Approved refunds will be processed exclusively through Paddle and returned to the original payment method used.
  • Refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear, depending on the customer’s bank or payment provider.
