To ensure the highest standards of educational excellence, Green Shield Academy grants accreditation to training centers and organizations based on a rigorous evaluation of the following three pillars:
- Educational Management Systems (ISO 21001 Compliance):
Training content and institutional operations must align with ISO 21001 standards. This ensures that the organization provides a curriculum that meets learners’ needs and adheres to international best practices for Educational Organizations Management Systems (EOMS). - Trainer Professional Competency:
All affiliated trainers must demonstrate proven expertise and hold recognized professional certifications in their respective fields. We evaluate the pedagogical skills and technical qualifications of the teaching staff to guarantee a high-quality knowledge transfer. - Quality Assurance & Student Assessment:
Accredited entities must implement a transparent and robust system for student evaluation and feedback. This includes standardized testing protocols, continuous quality monitoring, and a commitment to maintaining an environment of academic integrity and constant improvement.

Accreditation Documents
The Accreditation Journey
- Application & Documentation Submission Start by clicking the “Center_Application” button to upload your legal documents, trainer CVs, and curriculum details. This initial step initiates the formal registration process within our global network.
- Comprehensive Audit & Quality Review The Green Shield Academy Quality Department conducts a rigorous audit of your submitted materials. We evaluate your content against international benchmarks to ensure it meets our high standards of academic and technical excellence.
- Verification & Compliance Assessment This stage involves a scheduled online interview or a deep-dive review of specific content samples. Our experts verify the pedagogical methods and the practical implementation of your quality management systems.
- Official Awarding & Global Listing Upon successful verification, your institution is officially granted accreditation. You will receive your Accreditation Certificate and a unique International Registration Number, and your entity will be activated in our Global Verification Portal.

Terms and Conditions
- Compliance:All accredited entities must strictly adhere to the Green Shield Academy training standards.
- Penalties for Non-Compliance: In the event of a breach of training standards, the accredited institute, company, or centre will be suspended for a period of one year. Following this period, the entity’s status will be subject to review for potential reinstatement.

Accreditation Fees
- Initial Accreditation Fee: £80 (for individual trainers and specialists).
Membership Benefits
- Digital Certification: Issuance of verifiable PDF certificates. Authenticity can be confirmed via the dedicated verification page by scanning the QR code or entering the serial number to display the trainee’s data.
- Trainer Recognition: The name of the accredited individual will be formally stated on the certificate as the "Lead Trainer".
- Discounted Certification: During the membership period, the cost per certificate is reduced to a flat rate of £5.
Terms and Conditions
- Compliance: All accredited individuals must strictly adhere to the Green Shield Academy training standards.
